Connecting 1:1

Individual sessions allow me to fully understand your strengths and your unique mental skills. I provide a customized approach to help you reach your goals. Working 1:1 will help you to not only perform under pressure, but to enjoy sport more and enhance your wellbeing. Typically, athletes will need 5-6 sessions (spread over a few months) to habituate their learnings.  

What we discuss is up to you, however,  common topics covered include:
